The data are credible and repeat themselves.
I can confirm Richard Patscheider, the coat of arms charter is hanging in my living room.
From the coat of arms charter it clearly follows that all descendants of Gabriel Patscheider as well as his brothers Hans and Jakob, and also the descendants of his deceased brother Thoman, are entitled to bear the coat of arms. This applies to both male and female descendants.
At least that is how I interpret the original text (see under: Chamois Coat of Arms). In my opinion, the ownership of the original coat of arms charter is not regulated. According to Dr. Richard Patscheider, it belongs to me.
