PDF with family tree of Simon Plangger and GEDCOM files with additional data.
The files show that a Simon Plangger born 1718 in Pfunds (Greit) and a Barbara Salzgeber from Pfunds were married.
In his family tree, Simon and Barbara have one child: PLANGGER Maria born 22.10.1750 in Pfunds who married Josef Netzer born 2.9.1744 in Pfunds.
Furthermore, the ancestors of this Simon Plangger are listed in great detail, although without source references.
Comment:
The existence of these two persons (Simon Plangger and Barbara Salzgeber) is documented by the entry of their son Josef in the “Ahnenpass” (ancestry certificate) and by the mention in “Vom Oberrhein zum Etschquellraum” on page Z24 (at the very bottom).
Mr. Philipp Netzer assures me that all data comes from the digitized church records of the Tyrol State Archives. The fact that he only includes Maria and not Josef Plangger in his family tree can be explained by his interest being limited to the Netzer ancestors.
However, the birth date of Simon Plangger on page Z25 (20 October 1707) does not match the birth date used by Mr. Philipp Netzer (1718). If the parents really married on 4 October 1715, as determined by Mr. Netzer, then a birth year of 1717 is naturally much more likely. It is also possible that the date in line 17 actually still belongs to the previous line. In any case, it must be the same Simon, since both Dr. Richard Patscheider on page Z25 and Philipp Netzer list Adam Plangger and Maria Westreicher as Simon’s parents.
