Comment:
The existence of these two individuals (Thomas Pfeifer and Maria Monz) is documented by the entry of their daughter Anna Maria in the “Ahnenpass” (ancestry certificate) and by the mention in “Vom Oberrhein zum Etschquellraum” on page Z24.
The data by Dr. Richard Patscheider on page Z24 do correspond with the family record, but they are again formulated in an ambiguous way. The date 1754 IX. 14. is the birth date of Josef Schuchter, which is also documented in the “Ahnenpass” (ancestry certificate), but then 1753 must refer to the marriage of the parents of his wife. The last year should then refer to the marriage of the parents of Maria Monz.
